James Horrox is a policy analyst with environmental advocacy think tank Frontier Group, based in Los Angeles.
Horrox has worked as a freelance academic editor for more than a decade, and has written for various media outlets, books, journals and reference works. His reports for Frontier Group, mainly on issues relating to conservation and sustainability, have been cited in The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, The Hill, The American Prospect, Haaretz, Inside Climate News, The National Post, The Vancouver Sun, Daily Mail Online, The Chicago Tribune, The Seattle Times, Salon, Los Angeles Daily News, The Orange County Register, Grist, The Daily Beast, and numerous other media outlets.
He holds a BA and Ph.D in Politics and has taught at Manchester University, the University of Salford, Manchester Metropolitan University and the Open University in his native UK.
